GulfMedExams is an online exam preparation platform designed to help medical professionals prepare for Gulf Medical License examinations using past papers. Our Service includes access to practice questions, study materials, performance analytics, and related educational content across multiple medical specialties including Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Pediatrics.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts, or transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

5.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in preparing for medical licensing examinations.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Content or software. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Fees

Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

6.2 Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.3 Refunds

Refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Generally, payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price changes for existing subscribers.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the Service will help you pass any examination. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GULFMEDEXAMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GulfMedExams and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date medical information and exam questions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Content. The Service is intended as a study aid and should not replace professional medical education or advice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
